Pattern Updates

As hard as we try and as many times as a pattern is proofed, sometimes a mistake slips by us.  As soon as we are aware of a problem, we correct any patterns before they are sent out.  So chances are your pattern was corrected before it got to you.  We apologize for any inconvenience and please know it is our goal to produce patterns that are clear, concise and correct for our customers!

Block Six (page 8)

Green cutting instructions – the first item should be Cut (2) 2" x 3 ½" rectangles

The last paragraph on page 8 should read:

Following diagram, line up (2) 2” red squares on a 3 ½” x 6 ½” background rectangle.  Stitch diagonally across red squares from corner to corner.  Press away from rectangle.  Trim middle layer if desired.  Repeat for a total of (2) of these units.  Repeat two more times with (2) 2” green squares instead of red squares.  You will have 2 units with red corners and 2 units with green corners.

Fabric Requirements (back of pattern)
Setting triangles - you will need (4 or 5) ⅝ of a yard cuts depending on how scrappy you want your quilt.

If you've already purchased ½ yard cuts, you can use a setting triangle ruler to cut the triangles from a strip.   Cut your triangles one to two sizes larger than what is suggested for a 13" finished block to allow your quilt to "float" as shown in the photo.
